Course Description

Cranial Sacral Balancing I
This is a Foundation Class and must be taken first

Contact Hours: 20

Through palpation, anatomy studies and theory this class introduces participants to a range of approaches to working with the cranial sacral system. Emphasis is given to developing palpatory curiosity. This non-invasive touch forms the basis for a range of contacts with the bony, fluid, neurological and energetic aspects of the cranial sacral system.

The class focuses on learning via extensive student exchange.

Students will:

    • Understand the range of cranial theories and the value of each approach Develop palpatory curiosity
    • Learn to listen to subtle physiological movements in the body
    • Learn a protocol useful in any manual therapy situation
